The Speaker waived the Resources Committee referral for the                                         
following at the request of Representative Scalzi, Co-chair:                                        
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 208(L&C) am                                                              
    "An Act relating to the labeling of, the advertising of, and the                                
    disclosure of certain information about halibut, salmon, halibut                                
    products, and salmon products."                                                                 
                                                                                                    
CSSB 208(L&C) am was removed from the Resources Committee and                                       
referred to the Rules Committee.
